Being in God’s Flow is the way to go…for it will take us from the heights to destinations that we can never reach on our own. JESUS is the Source, the headwaters of our being…the Author and Finisher of our faith…of our LIFE! Jump in His Flow! Join Him in what He is doing…first, in yourself, and then see where He is working and flowing in this earth among people!
God’s FLOW is always moving, going, being, doing…and it is exciting!!!! Get in the SWIM! Get wet in His Living Waters….cool, refreshing, invigorating, life-giving waters! It makes all the difference in you and enables you to make a difference in others and in this world!
God uses “life-giving waters analogy” throughout His Word. The are moving and flowing, clean and pure. His Voice is as the “sound of many waters”, and even as we stand beside a river or stream, listening to the sound of its moving, our spirit is touched by the “sound of His Voice!“
“And He showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the Tree of LIFE, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations!” Revelation22:1-2
“In my vision, the man brought me back to the entrance of the Temple. There I saw a stream flowing east from beneath the door of the Temple and passing to the right of the altar on its south side. The man brought me outside the wall through the north gateway and led me around to the eastern entrance. There I could see the water flowing out through the south side of the east gateway.
“Measuring as he went, he took me along the stream for 1,750 feet and then led me across. The water was up to my ankles. He measured off another 1,750 feet and led me across again. This time the water was up to my knees. After another time, the water was up to my knees. After another 1.750 feet, it was up to my waist. Then he measured another, 1,750 feet, and the River was too deep to walk across. It was deep enough to swim in, but too deep to walk through.
“He asked me, ‘Have you been watching, son of man?’ Then he led me back along the riverbank.
“When I returned, I was surprised by the sight of many trees growing on both sides of the River. Then he said to me, ‘This River flows east through the desert into the valley of the Dead Sea. The waters of this stream will make the salty waters of the Dead Sea fresh and pure. There will be swarms of living things wherever the water of this River flows. Fish will abound in the Dead Sea, for its waters will become fresh. Life will flourish wherever this water flows.
“‘Fishermen will stand along the shores of the Dead Sea. All the way from En-gedi to Eneglaim, the shores will be covered with nets drying in the sun. Fish of every kind will fill the Dead Sea, just as they fill the Mediterranean. But the marshes and swamps will not be purified; they will still be salty. Fruit trees of all kinds will grow along both sides of the River. The leaves of these trees will never turn brown and fall, and there will always be fruit on their branches. There will be a new crop every month, for they are watered by the River flowing from the Temple. The fruit will be for food and the leaves for healing.’ ” Ezekiel 47:1-12 NLT
Ankle-deep, knee-deep, waist-deep…these are the walks of those who have not totally surrendered to the Lordship of JESUS! To get in HIS FLOW…your feet must not touch bottom! In HIS FLOW, we are no longer in control...but we have yielded our souls and our bodies to our Savior, JESUS, and to CHRIST, the Anointed One, our Lord!
“Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart. Lean NOT to your own understanding. In ALL your ways, acknowledge HIM, and HE shall direct your path,” Proverbs 3:5-6
THIS is LIFE! THIS is true personal relationship with JESUS CHRIST!
Taking that first step in trusting God to take care of your every need is the most important. For soon you come to the step that leads you into the deep – and there you find the strength of your God who was always with you.
Good message, Sandy.

Marianne,
Thanks so much for taking time to read some of my blog at Lifestreams Flow. It is great to meet you this way and discover your blog, too! I wrote for the past 10 years on another server, InJesus.com, but changed over to Word Press mostly this year and am still learning my way around this venue!
I have “met” Rachel of Stirring the Deep and through her am discovering others, like yourself, who have a heart for our JESUS and a life living for HIM in the present! I enjoyed looking around your site and will subscribe to not miss any others.
I have 3 sites. You can find them on Blogroll. Lifestreams Flow…..God’s Whispers….and LIFE Can Be GOOD AGAIN (for widows and singles).
Check out the first two for sure. I don’t know your marital status, but any friends you know who may benefit and be encouraged by the latter, send them my way!
May the blessings of the Lord overtake you as you continue….
Looking unto JESUS,
Sandy
